As some of you may already know, I’ve now jumped on board as an Ambassador for Let The Stigma Slide – a movement that aims to stop mental health discrimination and works towards achieving a society free of stigma surrounding mental health. I cannot wait to see where this role takes me, and I invite you join me in this journey.
Sometimes I often struggle to focus on the positive aspects of my life, and often forget to be thankful.
With October being Mental Health Awareness Month, Let The Stigma Slide are encouraging you all to be thankful each Thursday and take part in #ThankfulThursday on social media.
This Thursday, I personally am thankful for all the opportunities I have been given, both work wise and personally, and am so grateful that I have made so many wonderful connections, as well as positive and uplifting relationships!

In a stigma free society, those who suffer from a mental illness will no longer have to suffer in silence.
