Every morning without fail, I wake up around 5am and do some form of exercise.
Whether it is a session at my local F45, a walk around the lake or a Pilate’s class, I will religiously wake up at the same time every morning to get my sweat on!
Post my workout, I love to refuel with a rejuvenating and metabolism kick-starting smoothie, that gives me post workout nutrients and fills me up for my busy day ahead.
This one that I make is 100% delicious and good for my insides too!
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- I scoop Four Protein Powder (Vanilla flavour)
- I teaspoon Maca Powder
- 2 pitted dates
- Add all ingredients into the blender (I use a NutriBullet) and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy!
TIP* Add 1tsp of cinnamon which adds a nice spice to the flavour!
