It’s not often that I get to take time out of my day to partake in a photoshoot in the glorious sunshine!
Quite often, my What I Wore photoshoots are squeezed in between business meetings and other commitments.
However last week, I was lucky enough to travel down to Cooma for the day to take part in the Birdsnest ‘Nest Experience’, and a What I Wore photoshoot in the delicious Cooma sunshine.
This What I Wore look, features two items which are both from Birdsnest in-house labels, Natural for Birds and Boho Bird, and are pieces that are going to fit very well into my wardrobe.
The Natural Cross Back Knit is both simple and classic with a twist, and features a crossover back adding a touch of elegance and detailing.
This is a soft turtle neck which will also keep you snug and warm.
It’s got quite a relaxed fit, meaning it’s ideal for layering over a semi fitted pair of pants or jeans, or worn slightly tucked in to provide shape.
As for the pants, these are the Spotty About You Wide Leg Pants from the Boho Bird collection, and are flowing, dotty and fabulous.
Wide leg pants can be both flattering AND comfortable at the same time.
They are also tran-seasonal, meaning you can dress them up with a knit and boots, or down with a cami and platform sandal for summer.
