MY SKIN STORY: PART THREE – MY THIRD MICRODERMABRASION

Editors note: I was invited as a guest to experience three skin sessions with Laser Clinics Australia.

If you are unaware, or new to the blog; for the past few months I have been working with Laser Clinics Australia and trialling their Microdermabrasion treatments.

It has been roughly six weeks since my first skin treatment with Laser Clinics Australia.

Today, I definitely needed a Microdermabrasion treatment, because recently my skin has started breaking out!

For those of you that haven’t read My Skin Story: Part One or Two, a Microdermabrasion is a treatment that is designed to improve the texture and quality of your skin. It is ideal for tackling dry, dull or rough skin, as it exfoliates your skin and removes all the old, dead cells.

In Part Two of My Skin Story, I explained that since undergoing my first Microdermabrasion, my face has looked and felt fresh and healthy.

After every Microdermabrasion that I have had, my face has felt even better than the last, and the effects and changes in the look and feel of my face have been amazing!

Today my treatment began with the usual process of cleansing the face and conducting the micro treatment (it feels like a small vacuum is sucking your face, and weirdly feels good!).

Then Sharon (my lovely consultant), applied a peel excelerator, which we used because I had a few breakouts on my chin.

This peel exfoliator is used to digest the top layer of dead skin and bacteria and is called their “Luminosity Peel”. Normally, this peel wouldn’t be applied alongside the Microdermabrasion, but considering I really wanted to tackle my breakouts, we went all out!

Finally, the process concluded with an application of the “Enzymatic Peel” – which smells delicious and acts in giving your skin that tingly feeling.

What I really enjoyed about this particular treatment was that I noticed the results instantly!

What I love most about Laser Clinics Australia Woden is their professionalism, and the fact that the treatment consultants are so full of knowledge about the treatments and each of the products that they use. Whenever I visit, I always am made to feel welcome and comfortable, and I know I’m in safe hands.

Check out what my skin looked like before my FIRST Microdermabrasion – since then I haven’t experienced any redness or bumpiness!

If you’re experiencing tired, dry, or dull skin (especially throughout winter), then I recommend you take advantage of Laser Clinics Australia’s latest promotion – the ‘Collagen Boost Promotion’. It includes 4x Fractional RF Full Face, and 3x Skinstitut Products.

This package WAS $1,695, but is now an incredible $990, and believe me when I say that it is worth every cent.

A massive thanks again to the beautiful Sharon who is my consultant at Laser Clinics Australia, Westfield Woden.
