This weekend I channeled a very Autumn inspired outfit (even if it is winter), which included a gorgeous pair of knee length boots, and my new brown suede jacket – both items which to me, define Autumn fashion.
Now I know I’m a bit late rolling out the Autumn trends as it’s now winter BUT; with the beautiful weather we have been experiencing lately, it’s been sliiiiiiiightly warm enough to pull off a lightweight jacket and simple tee.
What I love about this Cotton On Faux Biker Jacket is that a) it was a bargain, and b) it features a gorgeous colour and metal features – aka it’s perfect for both day and evening weekend wear. It also features heavy metal zippers on the front opening, pockets and sleeve cuff, as well as metal press stud detailing. This was a very recent purchase, and one that I definitely do not regret!
The colour of this jacket is also perfect for pairing over a crisp white tee and faux black leather pants – and I added a light tan Lack of Colour hat just to add a balanced twist. You’ll see me wearing this hat over and over again this season. Why? Because it keeps my hair intact from the wind and it’s super versatile!
Another recent purchase was a pair of Zara knee length boots – which I regrettably bought one size too big. These boots, although I need to wear two pairs of socks when wearing them, are fantastic for keeping my legs warm – and they have the perfect heel height!
