Jemma Mrdak is the founder of award winning style, wellness, travel and lifestyle blog A Stylish Moment, as well as social media management agency, Dak & Co.
Jemma started A Stylish Moment whilst studying her Communications and Arts degree at the University of Canberra over seven years ago and since then, has immersed herself deeply into the world of communications, public relations and social media.
Jemma is currently making waves in the blogging and social media industry as she continues to inspire many with her innovative approach to navigating the online world.
Through her blog and social media accounts, Jemma hopes to share her daily inspiration and thought provoking opinions, style, health and wellness advice (as she is a qualified Personal Trainer too!), and has grown a strong network of followers.
Jemma is also extremely passionate about mental health awareness, and regularly shares her personal stories and struggles in the hope that she can assist in removing the stigma surrounding mental illness.
Jemma has a wealth of experience in the fashion and communications industry.
Her career first began when she started as OutInCanberra’s resident style stalker. She has also previously held roles in both public and private organisations, working in their marketing and communications teams.
So far throughout her blogging and media career, Jemma has worked and collaborated with brands such as Canberra Centre, Wagga Marketplace, South.Point Canberra, NBN, TAFE NSW, Birdsnest, Wines of the King Valley and more!
In October 2018, Jemma also won an award at the 2018 Bupa Blog Awards.
In early 2016, Jemma launched social media and digital marketing consultancy Dak & Co, which specialises in helping businesses and entrepreneurs make an impact by working with them to develop unique, creative and sharable content that can elevate their brand story online.
Jemma is extremely passionate about working with businesses showing them just how important it is to have an online presence in order to grow and expand their business.
