Well it’s been a while!
The last blog post I wrote was all about my trip to Europe, and it’s been WEEKS since I returned.
Safe to say I hit the ground running with new work opportunities as soon as I got back – and I’m really excited to show you all what I have going on for the remainder of the year!
But for now, I wanted to share with you a new collaboration with a brand that I’ve loved and shopped with for years.
A couple of weeks ago, I was invited to the launch of SYMFONISK at IKEA Canberra (literally an adults playground where you can never walk out empty handed!).
Available for purchase in all IKEA Australia stores, SYMFONISK is a collaboration between IKEA and Sono’s, and is one of the most highly-anticipated collections – and I can see why!

SYMFONISK
The SYMFONISK range is a collection of two wi-fi speakers created in collaboration between IKEA and Sonos.
A highly-awaited and anticipated collaboration, SYMFONISK is a range that is available for purchase across all IKEA Australia stores and has been immensely successful in other IKEA markets around the world.
Through the SYMFONISK range, IKEA and Sonos have aimed to democratise music and sound in the home to create products designed for how people listen out loud, together.
With IKEA’s aim to make everyday life easier and more efficient – with SYMFONISK, consumers can combine technology with home furnishing in a seamless way, as the range really does blend incredible design with high-quality sound.
Oh, and it’s super affordable too!
There are two speakers in the collection:
SYMFONISK Table Lamp with Wi-Fi Speaker: $269
With the SYMFONISK table lamp with Wi-Fi speaker, IKEA and Sonos have created a great sounding, great looking piece of furniture that blends into the home in a new way, making it easier to furnish with sound.
The SYMFONISK table lamp combines light and sound into one product in order to de-clutter the home with less devices and cords. The table lamp looks to challenge the traditional high-tech aesthetics and design without compromising on the sound quality.
SYMFONISK Wi-Fi Bookshelf Speaker: $149
With the Wi-Fi bookshelf speaker, customers will get a connected and multi-functional speaker at an affordable price.
The bookshelf speaker can be easily blended into your home, whether you decide to tuck it away in between some books, or keep it on display. The speaker can double as a shelf that takes up to 3kg with the bracket too, and can also be attached to almost any kitchen rail.
Both products are compatible with Sonos’ own product range and can be steered through the Sonos app – make them super easy to use throughout the home.
One thing I absolutely LOVE about IKEA and why I continue to shop there for anything I need for the home and for my business; is because they are constantly releasing new products and pieces that are idea for integrating into the home or office space.
This is a range that I personally will be integrating into my home (starting with the bookshelf speaker) and I’m looking forward to seeing what new technology and pieces IKEA release next!
