WHAT I WORE: GOING FOR GINGHAM

Gingham has been around for quite some time now, and to be honest – I don’t see it heading anywhere anytime soon!

As we transition into spring/summer (thank the lord!), I can guarantee that we will soon enough see each and every high street store, bringing out a variety of gingham styles.

Take this Atmos & Here shirt for instance.

This youthful and feminine t-shirt has a flowing silhouette, which I absolutely adore. The multiple ruffle and gathered details give the shirt its feminine charm, while the gingham print keeps the piece classic and timeless.

I’ve paired this shirt with a classic vintage leather skirt that I found at Designer Op Shop.

This skirt features flattering fringe detailing which falls mid calf – giving the look the perfect shape. The skirt is perfect for trans-seasonal wear with it’s length and texture. It’s streamlined shape is perfect for pairing with the flowing gingham shirt too!

To complete this classic city style look, I paired the outfit with a Cue black leather bag, which features a top handle and adjustable back straps with contrast fabric edging, fastened with a magnetic fold over closure.

Have you purchased your dose of gingham yet for the new season?

Get the look!
