It’s not every day that you get to do a photoshoot in the middle of George Street in Sydney…
However, I got to do exactly this when I was invited up to Sydney recently to work on a collaboration with Larsen Jewellery!
Besides the fact that I was almost run over by a taxi multiple times, this shoot was definitely one of my most exciting ones to date!
Based in the middle of the city in Sydney, Larsen Jewellery is an iconic Australian jewellery brand that makes the highest quality custom made jewellery, handcrafted by their team of award winning jewellers.
I love that this incredibly iconic jewellery brand is located in such an iconic city.
Gosh I love Sydney.
The hustle and bustle of the city is sometimes a welcome change to the quietness of Canberra.
George Street and Pitt Street Mall are some of my favourite places in the city to wander down whenever I am there to visit, which is why I was very excited to be able to shoot in the middle of George Street on a gorgeous Autumn day!
This outfit is probably one of my favourite looks so far, and has quite a corporate esq feel to it, don’t you think?
I found these stunning Slide Show pants in a boutique in Toowoomba when I was visiting there earlier in the year, and have only just taken them out for a spin!
I love that they are suuuuuuper high waisted, and the gold buckle tie adds a great feature to create shape. Oh, and they have pockets too!
These almost culotte style pants hang beautifully, and are great for pairing with a detailed pair of heels, as they show off the ankle.
These Billini heels with their gold ring detailing match perfectly with the high-waisted pants, and their black shade means they perfectly breakup the white and gold tones.
When it comes to the top half of this look, this is an old but classic Country Road top that I added to my collection years ago. It’s a great shirt for tucking in to high waisted pieces.
What I love most about this look is the Larsen Jewellery that I’ve paired it with.
The delicate pearl necklace sits perfectly underneath the neck detailing of the shirt, and is great addition to the other gold accessories.
The gold tear drop earrings and stacked rings are also gorgeous and add a beautiful sparkle to the entire outfit!

In the coming days I’ll also be sharing with you how I made my own ring in the Larsen Jewellery studio!
